Go deeper into the cave, there would be many pillars, which are created and adorned all by nature. These pillars prop up from the cave’s bottom to its roof, just like from hell to heaven, provoking a breath-taking feelings in the observers.

Lang Cave is extensively spacious that hundreds of people can come to visit in one go. Distant from its mouth for a few hours of walking, the cave’s bottom turns into a stream that is two-meter deep. Silk production

Van Phuc silk has been known for its smooth, light weight, and elegant appearance. Especially, a traditional kind of silk called Van Silk made in Van Phuc make the wearers feel cool in summer and warm in winter. Today, to satisfy various demand for silk of the market, Van Phuc silk producers have expanded their silk and garment goods like embroidered silk, , wrinkled silk, double layers and more colors for silk products.

Many families in Van Phuc open their own shops on the main road of the village; create a “town of silk” that sell eye-catching and high quality silk products. Tourists may buy available nice souvenir and clothes in the shop, or select the most suitable materials to then get customized products. The sellers are very friendly and can speak a little English and French to communicate to foreign tourists.

Nowadays, although the weaving has been mechanized for higher productivity, there are still simple manual looms in some houses in the village which help tourists contemplate the genuinely traditional Vietnamese way of making silk.

Tourists can join a tour to Van Phuc village available in travel agencies, or visit Van Phuc on their owns by car, motorbike, or catch the local bus 02, 21 then walk 500m to reach the village.

Tourists should travel south west out of Hanoi center on Nguyen Trai road until reach the border of Ha Dong district, then turn right and drive about 3km to reach the village.

Lạ miệng với bắp rang bơ cà ri

Nhưng các yếu tố cần thiết để làm bắp rang bơ cà ri: rất nhiều bơ, bột cà ri, đủ để cho nó màu sắc và vị cay, và chỉ cần một chút đường để có vị ngọt.
Vị cay và ngọt ngào và ấm cùng một lúc - nhưng xem ra - nó sẽ để lại màu vàng trên đầu ngón tay của bạn!

Công thức làm bắp rang bơ cà ri ngọt:

Nguyên liệu:
- 2 muỗng canh dầu ô liu
- 1 bát hạt bắp rang
- 1/4 tách bơ
- 2 muỗng canh bột cà ri
- 1 muỗng canh đường

 

Cách làm:
- Đun nóng dầu ô liu trong chảo trên lửa vừa. Thêm vài hạt ngô. Khi chúng nở ra, thêm số hạt còn lại vào và lắc chảo nhẹ. Đậy chảo bằng vung có lỗ thoáy hơi nước.
- Đun bơ trong một cái chảo nhỏ hơn ở nhiệt độ thấp. Thêm bột cà ri, muối và khuấy để kết hợp. Giữ ấm trong khi nổ bỏng ngô.
- Khi rang xong bắp rang bơ, đổ vào một bát lớn và lắc để làm cho các hạt không nổ lắng xuống đáy. Khuấy đường vào hỗn hợp bơ nóng và đổ ngay lập tức trên bỏng ngô. Khuấy thật kỹ.
- Dùng khi còn ấm.

Ngoài những nguyên liệu chính, bạn có thể dùng hoặc thay thế những vị, hương liệu khác mà bạn thích.
